REFUND POLICY
Refund Policy for Ali Jones Photography

At Ali Jones Photography, we strive to provide high-quality photography services and ensure our clients are satisfied with the experience. This Refund Policy outlines our approach to refunds, cancellations, and rescheduling in accordance with Australian Consumer Law and relevant regulations.
1. Consultation and Booking
• A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your session date.
• The deposit will be applied toward your total service fee.
• Remaining balance is due 48 hours prior to your session or as otherwise agreed upon.
2. Cancellations and Rescheduling
• Cancellations made more than 2 days before the scheduled session are entitled to one free session reschedule before booking deposit is forfeited. Full refunds of the deposit, minus any applicable administration fees are only offered due to extenuating circumstances, where the studio cannot provide the service, An extreme weather event, Loss of child or partner customer and /or photographer.
• Cancellations made within 2 days of the scheduled session may forfeit the deposit, depending on the circumstances. Lack of communication within 48 hour period or no show, will not receive full refund of deposit.
• Rescheduling requests made more than 2 days prior to the session may be accommodated subject to availability, with no additional fee.
• Rescheduling within 24 hours of the session may incur additional charges or may not be possible, depending on availability.
3. Refunds for Photography Services
• Due to the nature of our services, refunds are generally not provided once the session has been completed and images have been delivered, unless in the case of:
◦ Significant dissatisfaction due to negligence or breach of contract by Ali Jones Photography.
◦ Inability to perform the service due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness, emergency).
• If you are dissatisfied with your images or the service, please contact us within 3 days of delivery to discuss your concerns. We will work with you to resolve any issues, which may include re-shoots or adjustments, where appropriate.
4. Digital Images and Products
· Once payment is made for printed goods and ordered with the supplier, no refund is available as the Studio has fulfilled its obligation based on purchase instruction from the client.
• All digital images and products are provided on an "as-is" basis. Once delivered, refunds are not available unless the images are faulty or damaged.
5. Faulty or Damaged Products
• If any physical product (e.g., prints, albums) is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please notify us within 3 days of receipt. We will arrange for replacement or refund as appropriate.
